Reading Bees Epping – Phonics & Reading Classes for Kids Aged 3–9

Reading Bees Epping is a friendly learning studio in Epping where local children learn to read, spell and write with confidence. We run small, structured phonics classes for children from age 3 through to Year 3, using an evidence-based, synthetic phonics approach that teaches letters, sounds and blending in a clear, step-by-step sequence.

Programs at our Epping learning centre

PreKinder Epping (ages 3–4): phonics for preschoolers in Epping – a playful introduction to letter sounds, rhyme and early literacy through songs, games and hands-on activities.

Kinder Program: builds phonics knowledge and early reading and writing skills so children start school ready to read.

Primary Program (Prep – Year 3): structured literacy support for school-aged children who need to strengthen their reading, spelling or comprehension, or who want to get ahead.

Lessons run once a week during school terms, with morning and after-school sessions to suit working families. Our studio at Plenty Valley Uniting Church, 180-188 McDonald’s Rd, is easy to reach from Epping North, South Morang, Mill Park, Wollert, Lalor and Thomastown, with parking beside the building.
