Reading Bees Wantirna – Phonics & Reading Classes for Kids Aged 3–9

Reading Bees Wantirna runs small, structured phonics classes for children aged 3 to 9, using an evidence-based, synthetic phonics approach that teaches letters, sounds, blending and spelling in a clear, step-by-step sequence.
Programs at our Wantirna learning centre
PreKinder (ages 3–4): a playful introduction to letter sounds, rhyme and early literacy through songs, games and hands-on activities – a great head start before kinder and school.
Kinder Program: builds phonics knowledge and early reading and writing skills so children start school ready to read.
Primary Program (Prep – Year 3): structured literacy support for school-aged children who need to strengthen their reading, spelling or comprehension, or who want to get ahead.
