Our Williams Landing Learning Studio has just moved inside the HomeCo Williams Landing Shopping Centre.
The studio entrance faces Overton Rd. Go through the doors between the two Real Estate Agents and take the stairs or the lift to Level 2.
Williams Landing Learning Studio is a local learning space dedicated to supporting students in Williams Landing, Point Cook, Tarneit and Hoppers Crossing and beyond with phonics-based learning programs designed to help every learner succeed.

Reading Bees Williams Landing – Phonics & Reading Classes for Kids Aged 3–9
Our Williams Landing studio has moved inside the HomeCo Shopping Centre at 100 Overton Road, so you can park once, do a shop and collect your child without moving the car.
Inside, children learn to read through explicit, systematic synthetic phonics — sounds first, then blending, then real reading — taught in small groups and grouped by skill rather than age.
Programs at our Williams Landing learning studio
PreKinder (ages 3–4). A playful first look at letters and sounds through songs, movement and hands-on activities, while children practise the listening and turn-taking skills they will need at kinder.
Kinder (ages 4–5). School readiness classes that teach children to blend sounds into words and to read and spell simple text, so they start Prep ready to read.
Primary (Prep–Year 3). Structured literacy support for children who need help with reading, spelling or comprehension, and for those ready to move ahead. Every primary student starts with a short screening so the teaching targets the real gap.
Why families choose Reading Bees Williams Landing
Classes are kept small, with 5 to 12 children per group, and run once a week during school terms from Monday to Saturday, with morning, after-school and Saturday sessions. The studio is on Level 2 of HomeCo Williams Landing, close to home for families in Point Cook, Tarneit and Hoppers Crossing. Your first PreKinder or Kinder class is free, so you can watch a real lesson before you enrol.
