FORGOT YOUR DETAILS?

Riann started attending Reading Bees in Kinder. He’s now in prep and still does Reading Bees.

We chose Reading Bees because Riann was interested in reading, and we wanted to expand his reading abilities.

Interestingly, Reading Bees has also helped improve his writing skills. English is not our first language.

We found Reading Bees through the website.

It's better with Reading Bees. It helps him socialise with other kids and learn to wait for their turn-it's not just about reading! They play music and play games and do writing tasks.

Now he's at a better level in reading skills for school, so we are pleased with that.

What is the best thing about Reading Bees?

He was a good reader to start with. But Reading Bees made him understand the phonetics and put words together. He has trouble writing, and the educators are so encouraging, and we love their feedback. We do more practice at home as well to encourage his improvement.

What are some examples of some of the specific skills he has developed?

Reading Bees definitely improved his skills, and he can read beyond his age.

He has made new friends besides those he had at school.

Writing is also improving. The teachers give special books with sounds,so we take home those books and can practise them as well.
